Creative Construction Conference 2026 · 28 June – 1 July 2026 · Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

[Update needed] The official registration agency (DMC), contact person and deadlines for Sarajevo are to be confirmed.

The organisers wish to announce that the official DMC responsible for collection of all registration fees is ProConventa d.o.o, Sarajevo. All requests related to bank transfer, card charges and invoices should be addressed to iva@proconventa.hr.

Submitting authors of abstracts will receive a notification of acceptance. Registration is required for all conference participants, preferably until 1 Apil 2027.

Online submission of abstracts and papers and notification of acceptance does not automatically mean financial registration. If you wish to attend, send the registration form and payment exclusively to the agency named above. Early bird fees are available until 1 April 2027; later registrations are charged the regular fee.

Student grant

Students who wish to pay the reduced fee should apply by e-mail to gergelysz@diamond-congress.hu, attaching a short professional CV and a recommendation from their professor. Apply by e-mail and wait for acceptance before registering. Requestors without confirmation should register at the normal rate.

The discount applies to the registration fee only; the Organising Committee cannot cover travel or accommodation costs.

*Fees include VAT where applicable. **Available only for selected applicants; proof of student status required.

All presenting and non-presenting participants must pay the fee by LATEST till 15 April 2027. No on-site payment is available and payment after the meeting is not possible. Participants who miss the deadline will not be admitted.

Payment

All payments in Euro, by bank transfer or major international credit cards. For bank transfers quote your name and CCC2027; all bank charges are paid by the sender. Bring proof of payment to the registration desk. Confirmations and invoices are sent by the agency after receipt of payment.

Hotel reservation is made and paid separately from the registration fee.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations and changes must be sent in writing to Diamond Congress Ltd., with a copy to the agency. Include bank details unless you paid by card.

  • 100% refund (minus 100 EUR admin fee): received before 1 April
  • 50% refund: received before 15 May
  • No refund: received after 15 May
